Ain't That a Pitch?

Jake Hart Presents Josh Hartnett’s “Richard Nixon”

Ain't That a Pitch? Season 2 Episode 5

Welcome to Ain’t That a Pitch! Today we crack open a few eggs, we crack open Jake’s head where we find a sci-fi idea he has based on one of America’s 37th presidents and, of course, we all crack each other up during another fun and thought provoking episode of ATAP. So, let’s get cracking!

Hard? Soft? Fluffy? Creamy? Scrambled? Fleeky? With water? Cheesy? Basil-ed? Creamier? With milk? Set a bit? Firm? Overcooked? Seasoned? Aggressively whisked? Ketchup-ed? Juicy? Fried? So, how do you cook your scrambled eggs? Or do you not even scramble them? Heck, do you not even like 'em at all?  Well, today we start things off with an egg-cellent question that ends up revealing our preferences, recipes and secrets when it comes to cooking (most) everyone's favorite morning protein.

Jake then pitches his time traveling, action packed, historically fabricated tale featuring none other than Richard Nixon. Jake expands upon what he describes as an a-la Drunk History style anthology series where the stories of historical and/or fictional characters are reimagined through the prism of: What if they could see into the future?  When the worlds of fact and fiction begin to collide interesting questions are raised. Is it more interesting to retell the stories of good guys or bad guys? Heroes or villains? Winners or losers? Can movie characters affect what happens in real life? More importantly, who’s going to play Nixon? Tune in to find out the answers to all these questions and more.

Raven brings it all to a close with a short and sweet inspirational quote from aging cooler Wade Garrett.
